Fear

Somebody from a Christian channel in mIRC asked, "what does 'to fear the Lord is to be wise' mean"? After a few attempts of other channel users to disprove his absurdity on the subject, something urged me to find words of wisdom from Our Daily Bread. And this is what I was led to share:

To fear the Lord means giving Him
Our reverence, trust, and awe,
Acknowledging His sovereignty,
Submitting to His law.

I copied and pasted this on the channel. And guess what? We didn't hear from him/her again.

Definition of terms plays a vital role in communication. It is truly difficult to understand each other when we are not speaking the same language.
