Daily Digest #97
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. —Galatians 3:28
I feel fortunate to have grown in a place where Christian traditions were observed. Although the practices didn't make much sense to me during my younger years, it has instilled a sense of unity among believers of different walks of life. I realize how real faith, hope and love for God can really take away the barriers that divide us, even for a moment. How wonderful would the world be if we made our common love for God our top priority and our differences only secondary!
For this, let us pray. May we love God with all our hearts, souls, bodies and minds. May we learn to love others as we love ourselves. May we keep a closer relationship with God through His son, Jesus Christ. Pray always.
