Daily Digest #100
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them. —Romans 12:6
I have always admired people who are involved in missions and other voluntary works. For me, they serve as good examples of humility, responsibility and selflessness. We're all used to spending our time on comfort and enjoyment that we forget that there's still so much to be done around us. Help and love are always needed, even when and where we least expect it. And we can also be God's instruments wherever we are or whatever we do, if we allow Him to work within us.
For this, let us pray. May our lives be a reflection of God's love. May we use our gifts -- talents, skills and resources -- for His glory. May we build a closer relationship with God through His son, Jesus Christ. Pray always.
